7 THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
8 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
11 ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PD-C,
13 Planned District - Commercial, to Revised PD-C:
14 Z-4167-E: DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE SW IA, NEIA, SECTION 22, T-1-N, R-
15 13-W, LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, MORE
16 PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT A POINT
17 LOCATED AT THE CENTER OF THE NE1/4 OF SAID SECTION 22, THENCE
18 SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SW1/4,NE1/4, A DISTANCE OF
19 210.00' TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERN RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF
20 COLONEL GLENN ROAD; THENCE N84100'00"W-138.70' ALONG SAID
21 RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE LEAVING SAID
22 RIGHT-OF-WAY S00001'55"E-620.76'; THENCE N89003'15"W-207.12'; THENCE
23 N89003'00"W-75.00'; THENCE N00°25'00"E-668.60' BACK TO THE SOUTHERN
24 RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF COLONEL GLENN ROAD; THENCE ALONG THE

28 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as presented to the Little Rock
29 Planning Commission.
30 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Metro Towing — Revised PD-C,
31 located at 9715 Colonel Glenn Road (Z-4167-E), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within
32 the time specified by Chapter 36, Article V11, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances.
33 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.

Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
