Please let this letter represent a request from the applicant to revoke the existing PRD application
that was approved by the Little Rock Planning Commission on 10-4-2001 and by the Board of
Directors on 11-20-2001. The Ordinance number of record is 18593.
We hope this request will assist in an application the developer is making for a single-family
residential development on the property.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
