I was trying to reach you by phone but unsuccessful.
Is Z-9605 Rezoning from R-2 to C-3; NWC of Kanis Rd. & Denny Rd. is the one in question? If so, yes the
item was deferred to October. For regular mail, mail outs regarding deferred items just provide this
affidavit with the hearing exhibits.

Typically we just do regular mail for projects that have gone through 1st deferral. Has that
changed?

If we are going to stay on the docket for October we will need to mail out notices tomorrow.
There are quite a few and it will take Erika a bit of time. Just regular mail I believe. Erika, will you confirm
regular mail with Monte Moore or Torrence Thrower please?
