O �Ur Q U LLJ � o cif r i ORDINANCE NO. 9364 AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY RUNNING THROUGH BLOCK 16, HILLCREST ADDITION TO LITTLE ROCS, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS: WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 28 day of September , 1953, requesting the City Council to vacate and abandon a portion of the alley fifteen (15) feet wide running through Block 16, Hillcrest Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, and being abutted on the South by Lot 15 and on the North by Lots 13 and 34 of said Block, the alley appearing on the plat of Hillcrest Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, now appearing of record in Plat Book 1 at page 263 of the Records in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas; and WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Council has on the day and at the place mentioned in the notice, heard all persons desiring to be heard on the question and has ascertained that the alley hereinabove described -has -heretofore been dedicated to the public use as an alley, has not been act;u ally used by the public generally for a period of at least five (5) years subsequent to the filing of the plat, and for a period of at least five (5) years immediately preceding the filing of the Petition and the date of the passage of this Ordinance; that the sole owners of the properties abutting upon the alley to be vacated have filed with the Council their written consent to such abandonment; and that the public interest and welfare will not be adversely affected by the abandonment of such alley. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1.
