Regarding the following properties:

Legal Description: Lot 15, Block 16, Hilicrest Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
Pursuant to your request, we have examined the records of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, concerning the above -mentioned property as to Reversionary Rights of alleys that
have closed since initial public dedication.
According to the Amended Plat and Deed of Assurance recorded in Deed Book 1, Page 263,
there are no Reversionary Rights reserved to the original landowner/developer. Also, pursuant
to city ordinance No. 9364, that portion of the alley 15 feet running East and West through the
center of Block 16, Hillcrest Addition, being abutted on the South side by Lot 15 (your lot), and
on the North side by Lots 13 & 14 has been vacated and closed to the public, except the rights
of public utilities for ingress and egress to maintain utility lines over and in said area. Please see
enclosed copy of the ordinance.
In addition, that portion of the alley abutting the East 42.7 feet of your lot remains open and
abuts to Lot 12 and a part of Lot 11. For your information, the owner of record of Lots 11 & 12
are Dean S. Fagaly and Karen L. Fagaly with a listed mailing address of 4 Crown Mtn. Court,
Maumelle, AR 72113.

ORDINANCE NO. 9364
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY RUNNING THROUGH
BLOCK 16, HILLCREST ADDITION TO LITTLE ROCS, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS:
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 28 day of September , 1953,
requesting the City Council to vacate and abandon a portion of the alley
fifteen (15) feet wide running through Block 16, Hillcrest Addition to
Little Rock, Arkansas, and being abutted on the South by Lot 15 and on the
North by Lots 13 and 34 of said Block, the alley appearing on the plat of
Hillcrest Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, now appearing of record in
Plat Book 1 at page 263 of the Records in the Office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Council has
on the day and at the place mentioned in the notice, heard all persons
desiring to be heard on the question and has ascertained that the alley
hereinabove described -has -heretofore been dedicated to the public use as
an alley, has not been act;u ally used by the public generally for a period
of at least five (5) years subsequent to the filing of the plat, and for a
period of at least five (5) years immediately preceding the filing of the
Petition and the date of the passage of this Ordinance; that the sole owners
of the properties abutting upon the alley to be vacated have filed with the
Council their written consent to such abandonment; and that the public
interest and welfare will not be adversely affected by the abandonment of
such alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the right of the public
generally, except the rights and needs of public utilities for ingress and
egress to maintain present utility lines over and in said area, in and to
the portion of the alley designated as follows:
That portion of an alley fifteen (15 ) feet wide running East and West
through the center of Block 16, Hillcrest Addition to the City of Little

Rock, Arkansas, being abutted on its South side by Lot 15 and on its North
side by Lots 13 and 14 of said Block, the alley appearing on the plat of
Hillcrest Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, mod now appearing of Record
in Plat Book 1 at page 263 of the Records of the Office of the Recorder of
Palaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City
Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of the County and re-
corded in the Deed Records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
