Field investigation has indicated the presence of active CNP below ground natural gas facilities in the proximity of the 10' Utility & Drainage Easement as indicated North of the existing Cameron Street lots. CNP advises calling 811 prior to any excavation activities. If an unexpected discovery of CNP facilities occurs, please call Kevin Clark (501)672-9419 immediately. I have included the exhibit from our surveyor showing these easements as well In your last email, on January 315Y, it sounded like everything was okay for approval, however there was one house at 7208 Acorn Place that was connected from the west and would be effected by the abandonment, but that you were looking with your construction team to see if the line cold be rerouted to the east. Was there ever any development made on that? We are planning on submitting our abandonment request at the end of this month.
