TO THE LEFT, HAVING AN ARC LENGTH OF 292.74 AND CHORD OF S11°27'25"E-77.50';
THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF A 25.00' RADIUS CURVE TO THE RIGHT, HAVING AN
ARC LENGTH OF 20.73' AND CHORD OF N53°37'58"E-20.14'; THENCE N79°07'57"E-25.08';
THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF A 50.00' RADIUS CURVE TO THE RIGHT, HAVING AN
ARC LENGTH OF 70.96' AND CHORD OF S60°09'30"E-65.15' TO A POINT LOCATED ON
SAID WESTERN RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF RIVERFRONT DRIVE; THENCE ALONG SAID
RIGHT OF WAY N19°31'34"W-161.84' BACK TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
