To whom it may concern.
I, Juan Zarate write this letter to kindly request approval for Jalisco'z vip pit stop bar and
grill to became a private club. Jalisco'z vip pit stop bar and grill currently operates as a
restaurant bar and grill and is currently licenced by the arkansas beverage control
board. Activities consist of pool tables, dance floor,music,food like (bbq,burgers, tacos
sandwiches etc. ) we also serve mixt drinks and cold beer .current hours of operation
are :
monday to thursday from 5:00pm to 11:00pm
Friday 5:00pm to 2:00am
Saturday 5:00pm to 1:00am
Sunday 1200pm to 12:00am
Jalisco'z vip pit stop bar and grill is submitting a conditional use permit (cup) as required
by the code for a private club designation only. There will be no changes in food
alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages provided no improvements to the existing
footprint or interior of the building.the private club designation allows sale of alcoholic
beverages until 2:00am on saturday and sunday and that is the purpose of submitting
the aplication.
The property has an existing building approximately 3,341 square feet in area per
section 36 - 502 eighth (8) parking spaces are required. Jalisco'z vip pit stop bar and
grill will provide approximately forty five (45) parking spaces. See attached parking plan
