Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Tuesday, October 5, 2021. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-8576-B (17500 Kanis Road)
Development Comments:
1. Provide maximum number of residents.
2. Provide information or length of stay for the residents.
3. Provide total square footage of the house.
4. Provide total square footage of each bedroom. Provide number of residents per bedroom.
5. Provide number of employees, counselors, case workers, etc…, which will be at this location.
6. Provide parking plan (on the site plan) for employees, visitors, etc….
7. Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on site plan with required screening.
8. Will there be any signage on the site? If so, show on site plan with details (signs area, signs
height, etc..).
9. Will there be any new site lighting? If so, provide details.
10. Will there be any use(s) on the site other than the living facility? If so, provide details.
11. Provide completed “Information Form” which was in the application packet.
