Essence of Love Youth Home
1. Provide maximum number of residents. (Maximum number of residents is 10).
2. Provide information or length of stay for the residents. (Residents come from the foster care system
and can be emergency placement for a few days to several months.)
3. Provide total square footage of the house. (Total 2191 sqft)
4. Provide total square footage of each bedroom. Provide number of residents per bedroom. (Bedroom
1: 225 sqft shall house 4 residents; Bedroom 2: 196 sqft shall have 3 residents; Bedroom 2: 196 sqft shall
have 3 residents).
5. Provide number of employees, counselors, case workers, etc..., which will be at this location. (1-
administrator, 1- Social Service Director, 1-Caseworker, 1-Therapist, 4-direct care staff, 1 night monitor)
6. Provide parking plan (on the site plan) for employees, visitors, etc.... (Please see attachment)
7. Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on site plan with required screening. (No dumpster
will be on the site)
8. Will there be any signage on the site? If so, show on site plan with details (signs area, signs height,
etc..). (There will be no signage on the site)
9. Will there be any new site lighting? If so, provide details. (There will be no new site lighting.)
10. Will there be any use(s) on the site other than the living facility? If so, provide details. (There will no
other use than the living facility).
