Trustees (the applicant) as the only owner adjacent to the subject right-of-way area proposed for
abandonment. Therefore, we do not intend to send any notifications.

Subject: Notice of Public Hearing for December 9, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting

Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing for the December 9, 2021 Planning Commission meeting.
Hearing notices must be postmarked no later than November 24, 2021, to all owners of lands
abutting the property boundary.
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than
November 30, 2021:
1. Proof of notification.
2. Copy of Abstract List.
3. Certified mail receipts (filled out small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp).
