And find the source of dedication to be Bill of Assurance recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 134, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and which contains a reversionary clause in favor of Sam W. Reyburn, Trustee. We have also searched said records as to the ownership of properties abutting the above described property and find the current owners to be: TJM Third and Bishop Properties, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company, by virtue of Warranty Deed filed January 25, 2021 as Instrument No. 2021005100, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. This certificate of owners is not to be construed as a certificate of title, title insurance, a commitment to insure title or to express an opinion as to the validity of title.
