All,
A request for abandonment of the right-of-way shown on the attached survey and exhibits is being submitted to the City
of Little Rock. The subject property is located at 1900 W. 3rd Street. The existing right-of-way coves a portion of W. 2nd
Street and a portion of the alley within Block 5, Union Depot Addition.
Please reply with any requirements for retained easements within the proposed abandonment area. Don't hesitate to
let me know if any additional information is needed.

Regarding the proposed ROW abandonment shown in the attached exhibit, Central Arkansas Water
Approves with the following comments:
The ROW abandonment is contingent on the participation of the relocation/replacement of the
24" main located within said ROW in the amount of $25,000.
Easements will be provided for all existing and future water utilities that would otherwise be with
in the described ROW that is to be abandoned.
All Central Arkansas Water requirements in effect at the time of request for water service must
be met.

CenterPoint has a small segment of existing gas main along the south side of 2"d St. I've highlighted the area we will
need to keep utility easement over in the attachment.
Otherwise, all the remaining areas in red can have their ROW abandoned.
