A petition is hereby submitted to the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas through the
Little Rock Planning Commission, requesting a closure of the following described public right-of-way.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Approximately 150' of W. 2nd St. right-of-way located east of
S. Battery St. & approximately 90' of public alley abutting Lots 7 & 8, Block 5, Union Depot Addition.
LOCATION: Intersection of W. 2nd St. & S. Battery St.

Title to this public right-of-way will transfer to:
