The parking intent is to separate the tenant/office:parking providing tenant access from Ringo Street and office access from Wright Avenue Street via alleyway. The design of the structure will be compatible with the surrounding residential structures through use of similar materials. The height (2 stories) and size of the structure will also be compatible with the footprint of exiting residential structures in the area.
