Mr. Wright, Mr. Peer,
The email forwarded to applicants Friday, June 4, 2021 is attached as verification regarding the venue
location update and notice to be used in the mail outs. Secondly, the notice attached in the June 4th
email is attached. Please use this notice. Per our discussion the notices must be postmarked no later
than today.
Planning Commission By-Laws require fifteen (15) day notification to owners within 200 feet of the
proposal. Use the list provided by the title company. Therefore, you will have to ask the Commission to
waive the By-Laws to remain on the July agenda. This is solely at the discretion of the Commission. If the
By-Law waiver is not granted, the application will be deferred to the August 12, 2021 meeting date.
