RE: Diamond Pools rezoning

Mr. Moore,
Please find attached the cover letter, application, filing fee and a recent survey of the above referenced
property. The developer would like to rezone 2.3 acres located at 14,300 Kanis Road at the intersection
of Panther Branch Drive.
Diamond Pools has the property under contract and wishes to rezone the property from R-2 to C-3.
This would allow Diamond Pools to move from their current location at 5501 Ranch Drive just off
Highway No. 10 into a new facility which they would own.
The property is not currently in the city limits, but fronts on Kanis Road and is directly across from
Panther Branch apartments which are in the City limits. The developer will request annexation of the
property.
