4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
1 1 Z-9596: PART OF TRACT 15 (SOMETIMES CALLED BLOCK 15) OF SACH'S
12 SUBURBAN TRACTS IN THE SE1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP I NORTH,
13 RANGE 13 WEST, IN PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, BEING
14 PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SE
15 CORNER OF SAID TRACT 15, RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG
16 THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID TRACT 15 FOR 239 FEET, MORE OR LESS,
17 TO A POINT 224 FEET EAST OF EAST LINE OF SAID TRACT 15; RUN
18 THENCE NORTH 398 FEET, THENCE EAST 224 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 528
19 FEET TO THE POB. EXCEPTING AND RESERVING FROM THIS
20 CONVEYANCE HOWEVER, A PERPETUAL EASEMENT OVER, THROUGH
21 AND ACROSS THE EAST 12 FEET OF THE SOUTH 255 FEET OF THE LAND
22 HEREIN CONVEYED (DESCRIBED ABOVE) FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO

29 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
30 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
31 Section 3. Severabi/ity. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
32 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
