On Wednesday we met with Vince Floriani and Monte Moore (and team) to review our plans and options
for fence placement to address the concerns raised in the civil engineering comments. I’m hoping you
got the message but they indicated we could have until tomorrow (Friday) to respond to the planning staff
comments.

Responses to Development Comments
1. Please see attached approvals from each of the five utility companies.
2. The elevation of the pool will be equal to the bottom step leading off of the back porch. This is apx
4’ below grade of first floor of the house.
3. The elevation of the floor on the cabana will match the pool beam elevation. This will also be
apx 4’ below first floor elevation.
Response to Civil Engineering Comment
With the help and instruction from Vince and his team, we have redrawn our plans to address the
concerns raised in the civil engineering comments. Please see the attached updated plans.
