We only have a power line on the north side of your property. We are not in the easement along
the south side of your property so we don’t have a problem with you encroaching it.

Mr. Vance,
We are starting the process to build a pool and have found out that almost any pool design would
encroach upon a utility easement that runs through our property. Monty Moore, with the City of
Little Rock, pointed us in your direction to find out if it was possible to get written permission from
Entergy to allow our pool to encroach the easement.
My address is 44 Deerberry Forest Cr., Little Rock, AR 72211. Can you please let me know what
information you will need to determine if encroachment is permissible?
