Please see the attached pictures for where 811 marked the water line on Brodie Creek Trail. It’s roughly half way between the street and the sidewalk. Any construction/digging we are considering would be on the other side of the sidewalk (towards the house and the fence line). For context, I have added the water line to the original drawing. Quick question, these plans include pushing the fence out about two feet and building a retaining wall to level the yard (it slopes toward street). Based on the water line being on the other side of the sidewalk, do you have any concerns with a retaining wall? I’m happy to try 811 a 3rd time, but before I did I was wondering if there was someone from Central Arkansas Water that could meet me at our house so I could explain what we are trying to find out so that we can get the correct markings. Monty Moore, with the City of Little Rock, pointed us in your direction to find out if it was possible to get written permission from Central Arkansas Water to allow our pool to encroach the easement. My address is 44 Deerberry Forest Cr., Little Rock, AR 72211. Can you please let me know what information you will need to determine if encroachment is permissible?
