Dear honorable members of the Little Rock Planning Commission. I hope you all are doing well
in health and spirit.
My name is Jorge Vasquez, Missionary -Pastor and church planter in the Little Rock area since
2008. Married to my wonderful wife Daisy Guevara -Vasquez in which we have three beautiful
children. Since that time we have pastored as a family in the Baptist Church El Faro located in
South West Little Rock in which we serve our community.
We have purchased the property at 8519 Scott Hamilton Dr. With the purpose to set up a
preowned car dealership of excellent quality to satisfy the costumers needs. We also seek the
best development and improvement of this community and make it more productive. Provide
employment for our community. Support our church and the ministry that God has entrusted in
US.
The location is cleaned of debris and other impeding things that will set back our plan. In that lot
there is a small building which we have remodeled and hope to use as office space for two -three
people. We also have plans to put a fence around the area of 6 feet in front, which will enable
the protection of the vehicles. We will designate an area to station 10-15 vehicles. Gravel will be
put in the meantime. Our main goal is to have vehicles ready for sale in the lot and nothing else
and maintain a clean and safe environment. Our main goal is to maintain the area presentable
for our business to prosper and be successful and worthy to be in our community.
We hope that we can move forward with our plans that we have for that location and that we
receive a positive response. This is for the betterment of our community and the prosperity of
