Dear Mr. Moore:
Please see attached the site plan for the abovereferenced project. The current zoning for the site is R-2.
The side setbacks will be five feet. Both Gateway Loop and Village will have gated entrances. Access to
the units will be from a shared drive between each unit to the rear for parking.
The site is 15 acres with 14 lots. The site will have triplex units on these lots for a total of 78 units.
Additional right of way will be dedicated on Alexander Road. The roadway will also be widened to meet
current street standards. All utilities are available to the site.
