CIVIL ENGINEERING iiiillo� Re: Villages at the Gateway Phase IX PRD Response to Planning Staff Comments Dear Mr. Thrower: Please see below response to comments received from the Planning Department on the abovereferenced project. Development Comments Item 1: YES Item 2: Maximum 25 feet Item 3: See Revised Drawing Item 4: See Revised Drawing Item 5: The gates will be installed but will not be control gates. They will open automatically as cars drive up. Item 6: Rock and Wood Siding Item 7: The area of units will be 78,916 sf. Item 8: We will provide a 6 foot wood fence on the west property line. Item 9: There is no sign planned for the phase at the present time. Item 10: Trash will be collected by a private contractor Item 11: Will Comply Item 12: Mail will be picked up at the location shown on the plan outside of the gated area. This mailbox is similar to the one in the other phase of this project and has been Acceptable to the U.S. Post Office. Item 13: Yes, residents of this area will be allowed to use the clubhouse and pool in phase Vill.
