Response to Planning Staff Comments
Dear Mr. Thrower:
Please see below response to comments received from the Planning Department on the
abovereferenced project.
Development Comments
Item 1: YES
Item 2: Maximum 25 feet
Item 3: All drives and parking will be off the alley in the rear of the building — no drives will come off of
the street.
Item 4: There will be rock, wood and siding material.
Item 5: Square footage of the unit is 301,619 sf.
Item 6: See Revised Drawing
Item 7: Open spaces should be used for recreation, exercise and possibly dog walking area.
Item 8: Fencing to be installed along the west property line. It will be a six foot wood fence.
We do not plan to have any interior fencing at this time.
Item 9: There is no sign planned at the present time.
Item 10: Trash will be collected by a private contractor.
Item 11: Will comply
Item 12: Clubhouse is to be approximately 3-4,000 square feet and possibly 2 stories but will not
Exceed 30 feet. Pool and Clubhouse will be used for all of Phase 8 and 9.
Item 13: Mail will be picked up at the location shown on the plan. This mailbox is similar to the one
in the other phase of this project and has been acceptable to the U.S. Post Office.

Item 2: We are putting a 6 foot wood fence along the west property line
Item 3: We will try to save as many large trees as possible.
