Dear Mr. Moore:
Attached please find 3 copies of the Site Plan and 2 copies of the Survey on the above
referenced project. We are requesting a PUD of this site to allow the construction of a
Doggie Daycare/Climate Control Storage Facility/Office and Retail. The project will be
Multi -phased with the first phase being a 10,000 sq.ft. Dog Daycare. Phase II will be a
single 21,000 sq.ft. building utilized for Climate Control Storage. Phase III will be a
single structure containing 10,540 sq.ft. of Climate Control Storage and 11,130 sq.ft. of
Office/Retail. We are requesting to construct the street improvements as a part of the
Phase II Construction.
