Guys,
The 1 year deferral request is difficult to recommend approval because the City does not have a trigger
for the future construction of those improvements such as a building permit or phased development to
the property. What are your thoughts?

The applicant is proposing to construct the first drive initially and complete the construction and
entrance/open of the private drive to the second entrance one year later.

Also, we would like to make one other request. Due to the nature of the applicant's business, he
regularly has excess concrete. The applicant would like to construct only the first entrance to the
site and the private drive up to the first entrance initially. Then over the first year of business,
He would complete the construction of the private drive to the second entrance and open the
second entrance upon completion. Please let us know if the city can work with us on this
request.
