That Deltic Farm & Timber Co., Inc., an Arkansas corporation, 200 Peach Street, El
Dorado, Arkansas 71730 for the consideration of the sum of TEN AND 00/100 DOLLARS
(510.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid by Lloyd David Munsey,
Sr., as Trustee of the Lloyd David Munsey, Sr„ Revocable Trust Grantec(s) the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does grant, bargain, sell and quitclaim unto the said Lloyd
David Munsey, Sr., as Trustee of the Lloyd David Munsey, Sr., Revocable Trust Grantee(s)
and unto its successors and assigns forever the following described land, situated in the
County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to wit:
The East 30 feet of the SWU4 SEl/4, Section 35, Township 2 North,
Range 14 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, Lying South of Kanis Road.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee(s) and unto its successors
and assigns forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging,
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the name of the grantor is affixed by its President and
the seal affixed by its Secretary this 29th day of July, 1993,

were the President and Secretary of Deltic Farm & Timber Co., Inc., a corporation, and were
duly authorized in their respective capacities to execute the foregoing instrument for and in
the name and behalf of said corporation, and further stated and acknowledged that they had so
signed, executed and delivered said foregoing instrument for the consideration, uses and
purposes therein mentioned and set rorth.
