Torrence and Monte – attached are the Redlined Applicant Comments, Amended Cover Letter,
Revised Site Plan, Grading Plan and a few photo’s of the Proposed Club House and the One-
story Units. We should have more detailed elevation sketches from Williams Dean Architects
within the next 7 days. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Please provide responses to Applicant Comments no later than Friday, April 30th.
Please provide exhibits for the Notice of Public Hearing (i.e., Certified Ownership List, Notice of Public
Hearing, Certified Receipts) no later than Wednesday, May 26th.
