more specifically described as:
Commencing at the corner of NW % , SE % of said section 28; thence N 00' 52'38" E, 660.64 feet; thence N 02'
00'24" E, 331.31 feet; thence N 86° 45'07" W, 376.84 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 10° 06'41" E,
498.07 feet to the point of termination of said centerline.
