CNP has no objection to the proposed easement abandonment, and recommends calling Arkansas One Call at 811 or by visiting arkonecall.com to have all utilities located and marked prior to construction. I am requesting the abandonment of an unused sewer easement on the property located at: 4216 S Bowman Road Little Rock, AR 72210 At the time of the construction of the project a new sewer easement was granted to LRWRA for a new sewer line that was installed. The City of Little Rock is requesting a letter from each utility company stating their approval of the closure. If you could prepare the letter and send back to me I would appreciate it.
