A petition is hereby submitted to the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, requesting
an abandonment of the following described utility easement:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Abandonment of old sewer line easement that is no longer in use. A
new line was installed during construction and LR WRA has an easement on the new sewer line alignment.

Title to this utility easement is in:
(Name) Burkhalter FBW, LLC Instrument #93 42504 original owner Claudia Sparrow.
Present use of the property the utility easement serves: The sewer line easement is not in use as a new sewer line
was installed during construction and a new easement created for the new line.
Desired use of the utility easement af ter closure: None exist due to new sewer main and new easement.
It is understood that notice of the public hearing hereon before the Little Rock Board of Directors will be
circulated by the applicant at his expense to all parties in interest.
