Being known as a portion of a 10' right of way easement dedicated in Instrument
number 94-36052 and 94-51434 to be abandoned. More particularly described as the
Northerly 433.40 feet of said easement, less and except that portion lying within the
right-of-way of Chenal Parkway, (285.58 feet immediately south of the southerly right of
way of Chenal Parkway) and containing 2,857 square feet, more or less.
