Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Attached is a markup showing a sewer easement that we will be abandoning for this project. I have been working with Vince Hotho at LRWRA to prepare our application to the LRWRC for this abandonment. After completing this step, we will proceed to filing an easement abandonment request with CLR Planning. I want to confirm the following items regarding this specific abandonment: 1. Owner notifications will not be required as the only adjacent property owner is Costco and CLR public right-of-way. We will provide an ownership search to verify abutting owners. 2. A Right -of -Way dedication agreement will not be required as all required street rights -of -way and street improvements are in place. 3. Approvals from all utility representatives will not be required as the subject easement is exclusively granted to the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee. Only the approval of the LRWRC will be required for this abandonment. The original instrument of dedication and a correction instrument is attached for reference. Thank you, Robert M.
