A petition is hereby submitted to the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, requesting an abandonment of the
following described utility easement:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: A portion ofa 10' Sewer Right-Of-Way Easement located South ofChenal Parkway and West of
Kirk Road.
LOCATION: 16801 Chenal Parkway, Southwest comer ofChenal Parkway and Kanis Road.
The petitioner states that the easement included in this petition will no be longer necessary as the property has been approved
for development and the existing utilities will be relocated from the subject easement to relieve a conflict with the otherwise
buildable areas within the property. The petitioners agree and request that the existing easement rights remain in place until
the all utility lines have been abandoned or relocated and new easements are dedicated where required. The description of the
easement to be vacated is as follows:
EASEMENT DESCRIPTION:
Being known as a portion of a 10' right of way easement dedicated in Instrument number 94-36052 and 94-51434 to be
abandoned. More particularly described as the Northerly 433.40 feet of said easement, less and except that portion lying within
the right-of-way ofChenal Parkway, (285.58 feet immediately south of the southerly right of way ofChenal Parkway) and
containing 2,857 square feet, more or less.
SIZE: 10' Width & ±286 LF Length AREA: ±2,857 SF ACRES: ±0.066 ACRES
Title to this utility easement is in the name of: City ofLittle Rock, Arkansas, for the Use and Benefit of the Little Rock Sanitary
Sewer Committee.
Present use of the property the utility easement serves: Vacant.
Desired use of the utility easement after closure: Commercial.
(It is understood that notice of the public hearing hereon before the Little Rock Board of Directors will be circulated by the
applicant at his expense to all parties in interest)
