Please find attached an application for Zoning Variance for the property located at 1800 N.
Grant St. Little Rock, AR 72207. The general location of the property is in Mountain Park,
currently zoned as 0-3 General Office District. As Authorized Agent for the above mentioned
property owner, I am requesting the following variance to the commercial vehicle parking
provisions of Section 512 of the Little Rock Code of Ordinances at this location to permit:
• Overnight parking of food truck.
