RE: Variance Request at 6317 West Markham, Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR
Dear Mr. Thrower,
Please find attached a Variance Request application and 6 copies of the proposed
survey/site plan for 6317 West Markham. The existing property is a gas station that could
use a face lift, it is an older facility, and we are proposing to upgrade the pumps and
provide a new canopy, building facia, and some interior remodeling. We feel that this will
greatly enhance the corner and will be a welcome development to the neighborhood.
