Per review of your application to the Little Rock Board of Adjustment for 5400 Hawthorne Road please
provide the following information by November 15, 2021,
1. Letter of Intent for application.
Also, please note that the application requests a rear yard coverage variance.
Staff calculations indicate the coverage as proposed is within the code allowance at 28% coverage.
Thus, coverage variance request will not be required.
