The pool and appurtenances were not approved for construction by LRWRA at the time they were
constructed. Therefore, L1 ViTRA assumes no liability for damage of any sort to the pool and appurtenances in
the event of nmaintcnance or renewal of the existing sewer twain line.
Because it was installed years ago, LRWRA does not require that the improvements be removed from the sewer
msement at this tune, but 1,11WRA does require plans to be submitted to us and approved by us prior to any
Future alterations or improvernents to the pool and appurtenances. If the pool is reconstructed in the future, then
it will not he allowed to be rebuilt over the seiner main.
