Joe and Suzanne Simpson are requesting a variance for 9 La Scala Ct. The
Variance that is being requested covers the following:
• The pool and the outdoor kitchen were built over the building set back lines
• The Hot Tub is over the building set back line
• The front of the house is over the front building set back lines on both
corners of the house and the front window of the garage is over the
building set back line.
The original sell of the home from the builder to the Simpson's did not have a
survey and the problems were not discovered until the Simpson's tried to sell the
home this year. It would create a tremendous hardship to change the pool,
kitchen, and the front of the house.
We have seen the survey for 9 La Scala Ct and do not have any issues with the city
granting a variance for the property.
