This agreement is between Smokey Vaught and Joe Simpson for the fence
between 7 and 9 La Scala Ct. 7 La Scala Ct has an aluminum fence on the inside
edge of the property line at the rear of the property and on the outside of the
property line at the gates. The fence was originally built with an agreement
between Dale Wilcox and Joe Simpson. This fence is to provide a decorative
alternative to the pool equipment and the noise from that equipment. Each of
the undersigned gives the rights and use to both parties for the property that the
fence is on their shared property line.
