To Whom it may concern:
The Hickory Grove Home Owners Association Phase II does not have any objection to the
Variance application submitted to the city.
The pool house and fence that is over the existing private storm drainage is not hindering any of
the HOA property and we agree to the variance. The HOA does not have any objection to the
pool, fence, hot tub, pool house, or any of the other items on the survey.
Thank you for taking care of this for one of our home owners.
