I viridiana gonzalez owner of 6714 juniper rd little rock ar 72209 humbly request to allow me to keep my
fence of 5ft width in order to protect my home, and the only dog I have left.
6 months ago someone break in my house and steal everything I hardly earn, after that I decide to get
me 2 dogs to help me protect my house but the next day that I left them at home someone steal one of
my dogs. So I decide to invest all my savings on the fence and video surveillance. I did not know that I
was needing to request a permit neither that there was restrictions on how to build it, I guide my self
thru the internet which it says that I can build the fence of 6ft width , so I end up learning the lesson on
the hard way, when I requested the permit they couldn't approve it because of the width of the fence,
so now I need the variance so I don't loose more money.
