3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN THE CHENAL
4 PLANNING DISTRICT (LU2021-19-04), AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
5 OF CHENAL PARKWAY AND CHENAL VALLEY DRIVE, FROM
6 OFFICE (0) TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (NC) AND
7 COMMERCIAL (C),AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS,after filing,the applicant amended the application for the fourteen(14)acres immediately
10 southeast of the Chenal Valley Drive and Chenal Parkway intersection to be Neighborhood Commercial
11 (NC);and,
12 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan Map and now
13 recommends adoption of the amended application.
14 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK:
16 Section 1.The Land Use Plan Map is amended at the southeast corner of Chenal Parkway and Chenal
17 Valley Drive from Office(0)to Neighborhood Commercial(NC)as shown on the attached graphic.
18 Section 2. The Land Use Plan Map is amended east of Chenal Parkway,between Chenal Valley Drive
19 and Rahling Road from Office(0)to Commercial(C)as shown on the attached graphic.
20 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
21 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
22 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
23 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
24 ordinance.
25 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
26 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
