HomeMy WebLinkAboutDraft Ord. for LU2021-19-04 [Page 1 of 2] ORDINANCE NO. ____________ 1 2 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN 3 THE CHENAL PLANNING DISTRICT (LU2021-19-04), AT 4 THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CHENAL PARKWAY 5 AND CHENAL VALLEY DRIVE FROM OFFICE (O) 6 TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (NC) AND 7 COMMERCIAL (C), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 8 9 WHEREAS, after filing, the applicant amended the application for the 14 acres 10 immediately southeast of the Chenal Valley Drive and Chenal Parkway intersection to 11 be Neighborhood Commercial (NC); and, 12 13 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use 14 Plan Map and now recommends adoption of the amended application. 15 16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 17 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 18 19 Section 1. The Land Use Plan Map is amended at the southeast corner of 20 Chenal Parkway and Chenal Valley Drive from Office (O) to Neighborhood 21 Commercial (NC) as shown on the attached graphic. 22 23 Section 2. The Land Use Plan Map is amended east of Chenal Parkway, 24 between Chenal Valley Drive and Rahling Road from Office (O) to Commercial (C) as 25 shown on the attached graphic. 26 27 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, 28 sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid 29 or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining 30 portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so 31 [Page 2 of 2] declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 1 ordinance. 2 3 Section 4. Repealer.
