Jim,
The only issues I see are crossing the 30-foot platted building line with the new porch and the
addition east of the new drive. Sec 31-12.
Also, the addition will encroach into the south side yard. This should be 8-feet and it looks like the
new construction will reduced this to approximately 5-feet. Sec 36-254.
Both request are minor and I believe can be supported by Staff.
When you get your application and submittals ready you can email everything to Torrance Thrower
ttrower@littlerock.gov or Romie Price at Rprice@littlerock.gov and they will be able to get
everything processed.
