Torrence: May I please have a copy of the file for the Board of Adjustment item for 31 Beverly Place? I can come down to look at the file if you can’t email me an electronic copy. Just let me know the easiest way to do this and I will do it. I represent the property owner to the south and I wanted to see what measures are taking to address stormwater runoff from the property. There has been a history of problems with stormwater running off this property (from a previous owner) onto my client’s property. Any increase in the impermeable area of the property will only increase Has the applicant included any plans for their drainage with the application? Also, regarding the pool, what measures will the applicants take to ensure they discharge any (dechlorinated) water into the city’s MS4 and not into my client’s yard? As you are probably aware the land slopes from north to south and any discharge of water flows directly onto my client’s property. The previous owner of this property had drain tiles installed in their wall so any water running across this property drains directly onto my client’s property. Thanks, Andy Andrew V.
