The BOA action rectified the parking deficiency. In addition, since the cost of the renovations do not exceed 50% of the replacement value of the building no new site or landscape will be required for the interior building remodel. I suggest you contact the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk for instructions on how to file an appeal They use an electronic filing system and I'm not sure what they do for pro se litigants. While I regret your need for litigation, I appreciate your position and wish you luck. We'd like to request that the city defer this application until this litigation provides guidance on the use of the common area. This application for 101 S. Bowman with the city maybe impacted by the courts decision and we'd prefer that the city not approve a use of the common area that the courts may not allow or involve itself in litigation.
