This includes the 612 sq ft of outdoor eating area which by code is required to be calculated into the overall restaurant space for a total of 8,571 sq ft. (86 required parking spaces) The remainder of the 16,055 sq ft is calculated as office (15 required parking spaces.) The building as proposed will required 101 parking spaces, 72 located on site, plus and additional 7 with the proposed site revisions, and 10 under lease agreement, leaving 12 additional spaces required. For your information I have attached the revised Staff Report which still incudes a recommendation of approval. Let me know if you have any questions or comments. Ts D. The requested outdoor dining area is still the same 612 sf and variance letter is still valid. Also, attached you will find another draft of the staff report for your variance hearing. I have amended this based on the site revision and also used the square footage numbers from the Pulaski County Accessors Office. If your square footage numbers are more accurate please send any documentation that you have and I will plug these in and see if we can lower the parking requirement. However, by my calculations the site is still deficient by 12 spaces. And finally, I wanted you to be aware of the civil engineering comment below.
