Dear Mr. Martin,
This letter is to respond to your inquiry about the use of the church's parking spaces along
Fillmore Street by the new development at Kavanaugh and Fillmore Streets. Calvary Baptist
Church tries to be a good neighbor to local businesses that adjoin its campus. Part of that
effort is an informal agreement for adjacent businesses to use the church's spaces when not in
use by the church, and in turn the church uses other businesses' parking spaces when they are
not in use. Calvary Baptist would be pleased to extend the same courtesy to this new
development.
