(2) The Development Criteria provisions of Section 36-342.1(c)(7)of the Little Rock Code
of Ordinances to permit:
A primary entrance off the street sidewalk
(3) The Development Criteria provisions of Section36-342.1 (c)(8) of the Little Rock Code
of Ordinances to permit:
Ground floor facade area of less than 60% transparent or window display
